Panera Bread - Belleville

Lovely space, clean and delicious food. Varied menu and something for everyone. The only downfall is their hot water for tea, and sometimes even their coffee isn't hot enough. I think they use a thermos as opposed to container with a heating coil. I would like to see them consistently boil water. This was my first time ever at Panera. I went through the drive thru. I've been on the hunt for a good bagel for breakfast, and Panera delivered! I got the asiago bagel with plain cream cheese. It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and they did not skimp on the cream cheese! I also got a frozen caramel cold brew, which was just as tasty. Since I used drive thru, I can't speak for the customer service or atmosphere as there wasn't much interaction with staff. A bit on the pricey side (almost $12 for the two items) but it was definitely tasty.
