Such wonderful food, wine, atmosphere, and service every time. I highly recommend the escargot, filet, and ratatouille but you cannot go wrong with this chef and menu.

Nice interior. Service was excellent. The scallops were fantastic. Great presentation. The onion soup not great. Not enough onions, cheese, or crouton. Weak. Complaint is a $7.90 plate sharing charge. Wife and I always share an entree. 2 dinners are just too much food. A small plate charge $2) for the actual silverware service would not be an issue. $8 is a bit much. We bought a bottle of wine as well so the bill was about $90 without the sharing charge. Check Collette’s out for yourself. First time we were there. Won’t be back. Left Bank in st Pete a better choice for French food.

The food and the service is authentic and phenomenal. We had the most wonderful meal and evening!

The quintessential French bistro with a cozy atmosphere. The filet was the very best steak I have ever had. Everything was delicious. The chef clearly has a passion for French cuisine. Highly recommend!
