99 Restaurants - Bell Ave, Hooksett

Will avoid this location in the future. The main job of a host is to be friendly, instead we got intense. We asked if there was a table available and got yes but I have to seat the people that are waiting first in a snippy way. We were friendly, weren 't looking to step in front of anyone, and were greeted this way. Decided to just leave. The host needs to take a breath and learn that her tone is very off-putting. Saturday, 4/20 at 6:40pm. Hooksett location.

First plate came over done steak and no teriyaki pineapple glaze but waitress brought back a new perfect one

Sent an over cooked steak,the waitress was very good and I enjoyed the surf and turf

We went for lunch on Easter Sunday for the convenience. The place was almost empty, but we were seated in a booth directly behind the only other family in the entire room. The waitress acted bothered all three times she made her brief appearance, so much so that it was uncomfortable. I enjoyed the 99's fish tacos at one time, but this was the second time in a row that there was barely any fish in them. Unfortunately, we are now in a time that most things of expected quality are steadily declining along with customer service. When your server doesn't represent the establishment proudly, it's frightening to imagine the quality in the kitchen.

Always great food, usually order pick up before playing D&D.
