What can I say. You buy a brand. if you are looking good Chinese food this is not that you have more luck with a family in Chinese food place they tend to serve you generously and has a higher chance to fresh and not frozen

You need to improve customer service and order accuracy.

They made my order wrong, and since they kept me waiting outside, I couldn't see. They also accused me of things I never got. An employee has a hiring problem, hoping they'll fix it.

Worst communication for a restaurant. Arrived and asked for my pickup. Wasn't ready and told to wait outside. 15 minutes passed and still nothing, went back inside and asked if my food was ready. Girl who was just cleaning what was already clean checked and it was. Shouldn't they check every order that gets put on the pickup counter ?? To maybe get it to the customer??

Came over at 9:30 they had only leftovers and one of the servers was so rude to people coming in. We waited an extra 5 minutes for a side of food to cook which we didn?t mind doing but when we were handed the bag and arrived home the side was missing from the plate. So annoyed with this experience today.
