Subway - Bedford

The food was very delicious, and the person who served me was very nice. Food: 5/5

It took an hour to get a sandwich. I even ordered the mobile app. There were only 1 workers in the store, so this is badly managed. Just go down to the center.

The older lady with long dark hair was sooo rude for me, I couldn't live that it literally threw my food on me went back. Wtheck?

Terrible. I went in and saw a man sitting down, and I thought he was a customer, so I wait 4 minutes in the line and nobody comes to serve me. So I run out and then a lady comes out of the back and starts talking to the guy who sits down. They both work there and saw me standing on the table and said nothing. You must either close the place down or make it better. I drove here 6 minutes to not be served. Gas is not free. And the establishment was DIRTY the place where they keep the food, looks like it never was washed. This must be franchise companies.
