Little Caesars Pizza - Baytown

I arrived to find that they had no pizza ready and was told that it would take 30 minutes for just one pizza. I've been here three times already, and each time they haven't had any prepared. It's really frustrating!

I sent my 16-year-old daughter to pick up the pizza. When she returned and I checked the order, I was completely disappointed. I usually enjoy Little Caesars, but this time was different. I immediately took the pizza back and asked the young lady at the counter for a refund. I explained the situation and showed her what I received. She asked if I wanted to wait for someone else, but I kindly declined because I had already waited 15 minutes and was short on time as I had to get to work. (It was 5:05 PM, and my shift starts at 6:00 PM.) I admit it was my mistake for not checking sooner. In short, I was refunded, but I ended up keeping the pizza, which was barely edible. To make matters worse, the manager was the one who had packaged the pizzas. What frustrated me even more was that I never asked to speak to the manager, and she didn’t approach me voluntarily when the young lady went to discuss my issue. And don't get me started on how poorly the pizza was cut!

It?s not the same as when they first opened they don?t ever have any hot and ready pizza it should be hot and ready in 15 to 20 minutes smh trash customer service waiting in lobby mind u it was empty and still took 5-10 min just to order, just to get attitude

Place order they have like 20 pizza on the table getting cold 40 min wait for cold raw pizza not happy

Our online took over an hour after the projected pick up time. I had to ask multiple time if my pizza was ready, they kept saying no. Finally I ask and they said they were waiting for the second pizza to be done. When I got my pizza one was cold like it had sat out for the whole hour. I don?t know what they gave me in place of crazy bread(looks like a burnt cheese bread but it only had 2 pieces in it! The cashier was rude when I told him I was supposed to get garlic sauce and marinara sauce. He grabbed them and thew them on the counter. Multiple people were in the store complaining about long waits. The manager would not talk to anybody and just kept making pizzas. The store has horrible service.
