Hartz Chicken Buffet - Baytown

The Hartz Chicken on Garth Rd in AR's Parkibg is the worst! They serve the old chicken when you ask for fresh, there is a setting! Then you get it fresh, but it is not completely boiled! I want my money back!!!!

I would give a zero if it were possible, the last two times I went over $40 and they gave me KOLD CHICKEN. Never. This place has done everything.

The last three times we eat there, the food was almost burned. We're done here.

You need to take notes from the location on Uvalde... Uvalde location is soooo good... Chicken strips hard and dry, Mac n cheese salty and liquid, if you do not see bacon or season in the green beans its one... corn looked like it had been tipped directly from the can, they had white cream engraving in the potato casserole instead of acid cream... Chicken could have been better... Fish was good tho and the reels were the most sadly dry reels ever?

Welcoming and clean. Food was surprisingly extremely good ! The crew that was there Tuesday June 21st around 4pm was excellent ! I hope that team continues to do s great job , I also hope that they are well taken care of ! Keep up the great work and the great food !
