An ancestral know-how, typical of the Basque country. We love this house that revisits the traditional Basque cake and that knows how to innovate by creating pastry kits from some of their specialties! It's all there is to mix the bags already weighed with the ingredients needed for the recipe. A child's game and the cake is done in no time! The longest is cooking! But a greedy deserves
