Rita's Italian Ice - Bayonne

The Sundaes was so rich and creamy. Highly recommend! The portion is big as well so it's definitely worth the price.

Do not get Italian Ice, it's probably months old. The milkshakes are fine though.

The servers were very nice and patient as I tried to figure out what flavor to get. They had no problem helping me use the coupon on the app and the vanilla custard tasted sooo fresh, really hit the spot!

Went here on a Saturday evening. Really disappointed by the Italian ice- the lemon did not taste like anything and the cherry was so watered down. I wish I had tasted it before getting in the car. My fiancé got the custard Oreo milkshake and that was delicious. The people working behind the counter were friendly and the place was clean but wouldn't recommend their Italian ice (which you think they would have nailed).

Very poor customer service. I’ve gone many times before and it was never as bad as what I experienced most recently.
