The general manager, Annie, does not even have the decency to fire employees directly; she delegates that responsibility to other staff members, which is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I submitted my two-week notice last week, just a week before Thanksgiving, and in response, they fired me without any prior notice. When my last week started, no manager was available; instead, they told other employees to break the news to me when I arrived. I did meet some nice truck drivers and families during my time there, and I appreciate that. However, I am relieved to have left this unfortunate place behind. In all my years in the industry, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism.

There was a slight mix-up in the kitchen where they forgot the hash browns, but they immediately and cheerfully resolved the issue. Since we were seated close to the kitchen, we could hear the genuine sincerity and eagerness to correct the mistake. Lori’s ability to engage in fun conversation and create a personal connection with us was one of her standout qualities. The food was delicious, and our drinks were consistently refilled without us having to ask. Thank you, Lori, for being an exceptional waitress and making us feel at home. My older mother, who is an artist, especially felt appreciated. Lastly, I want to mention that my husband accidentally left his coat at the table, and Lori ran after him to ensure we didn’t forget it!

The steak was overcooked, dry, and lacking in flavor. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were also disappointing. I ordered a T-bone, but it was missing a portion on one side of the bone. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Their prices are almost as high as Texas Roadhouse or LongHorn Steakhouse.

They have great desserts. the watch was friendly enough to make me an oreo strawberry cheesecake.

The waitress I got definitely was the only thing at this TA that made me like my experience here. Her customer service was definitely going beyond. The cook was great too cooked my t bone medium rare the way I like it zero complaints. Sure wish their was more people like this left.
