Contribuiți la feedbackWe had an excellent lunch today. There was a large range of menu items, but we chose a Ploughman's (huge piece of cheese, salad, pickles, bread) and a Chicken and Bacon Caesar Salad (well cooked strips of bacon, tender chicken pieces, yummy garlic bread, salad leaves). Plus a large pot of proper tea made with tea leaves (well, a small one but with another pot of hot water) and an Italian lemonade. Service was efficient and charming.
Waited for 20 minutes not even being acknowledged by passing waiting staff most of them stood at counter chatting other people had the same problem Will not ret6
Once a favorite about seven years ago, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant during a visit to Bath. We were seated quickly with table service, but then we experienced a long wait for someone to take our order. After finally being approached by a waitress, we decided to just order scones and cold drinks due to time constraints. Despite expecting a quick service for such simple items, we observed a staff member running back and forth to a store, only to be left waiting for about fifteen minutes with no communication or action from the staff. Eventually, we had no choice but to cancel our order, skip lunch, and leave. It was a disappointing experience overall.
A miserable cafe unclean, slow service and awful food. Not a place I'll revisit unless it has a total transformation.
It looks pretty much the same as before the redec. The veggie breakfast here was one of the best in town but don’t know if the chefs changed or the menu or both but it is now all brown and whilst what I had was nice the avocado and egg it wasn’t close to the deliciousness of what was. If it’s not broke don’t fix it! Staff were lovely though even if we waited for a bit it was busy. Coffee good.
