McDonald's Restaurant - Basel

The waitress (the Asian woman who works from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2024) had absolutely no desire to serve the guests. She just sat at the table with her compatriots and had fun... and the customers had to wait at least 5 minutes... they had been talking very loudly for a long time. Was very unpleasant and disturbing. She also spoke very loudly in her local language.

Fortunately the service was fast and no errors in the order for one of the most expensive McDonald's in the world

Food was very cold and the drinks were no longer carbonated, the food was very old and the meat no longer looked good, the employees are very inattentive and scream all the time it is very disturbing

I waited 10 minutes until the employee came to check out, completely dissatisfied. And served me without desire! She didn't say hello and served me with a completely dissatisfied face! I am very dissatisfied with the service! And she put extra onions in my burger….

They were not at all prepared for the many people on the second strolling Sunday. Waiting in line for 20 minutes and complete chaos. It's incomprehensible that you could have planned in advance that you then have to plan for more staff!!
