St. Louis Grill - Barrie

Last night we ordered wings using Uber Eats. I ordered the lime pepper from their Summer menu. When I opened the box I was beyond disappointed to notice that there was barely any lemon pepper seasoning on them. Not even at the bottom of the box. In addition, the wings were...over cooked I guess? Almost as if they were old, and because they reheated them then they were very dry and almost burned. Usually their food is pretty good and that why I’m giving them 3 stars, but yesterday's dinner was completely disappointing.

Used to love this location, came to the restaurant with my friends. Food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The food was mediocre cheese falling off the nachos and stay away from the French onion soup. The actual server was lovely, I think theirs is a huge problem with management.Food: 2/5

Currently sitting in the restaurant, waiting for food for more than 40 minutes now!We ordered some appetizers and main courses, at least the appetizers should have been here at least 20 minutes ago.Unacceptable service, absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Best place to have chicken and beer with your family and friends they have variety of sauces which you can ask for your favourite type of chicken, mine favourite is boneless chicken and fries with honey garlic sauce ? it’s the best. Their chicken is crispy, staff is awesome and usually waiting time for your food to be on table after ordering it is 10 to 15 minutes which is actual great in meanwhile you can enjoy your drinks and have chitchat with your friends.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have had so many bad experiences with this place. Between orders being late, wrong or missed entirely it’s just not worth it anymore. It doesn’t seem to matter if we order by phone or online (through their own website or third party) it is always a hassle.
