Mr.sub - Barrie

New property for 3 years (maybe more) This location is now operated by a very friendly owner and his family. The owner shows an eagerness to serve and his family member(s) sports friendly smiles and are polite. The BEST part is that they are EXTREMELY generous with toppings. If you ask for additional toppings, you will get it. For years, I have visited Mr. Sub locations in the Barrie region and they literally count the extra-liven/hot hit and give you 3-4 more. Not here. They'll grab another handful and suck them up for you. Bread and ingredients are fresh and dining area is clean. Whether you dive or get out, this place is a reflection on how Mr. Sub should be.

I do my laundry once a month next to this Mr. Submarine. I've seen an enormous improvement since I last visited (10yrs) a year ago. The bread is fresh, they do not skip on the jump, they have more jumps then subway, they have a subway of the day, their combo are cheaper than subway, the girl that serves you is very nice, it is clean and so is the bathroom. I'd rather go here, subway. Mr. Submarine has another customer.

This special location has the most friendly staff and they make a damn good pizza sub!

Felt very rush out( No one else in the store). Having a steak and cheese sub wanted toasted. Was asked if I wanted a drink. Never ask if I wanted taosted. Was cutting and wrapping up. They said it would all fall apart. I like Mr Sub. But will go the extra block down the road to the other location. This is a new location too.
