Medail Birreria Gastronomica

This restaurant has a great selection of wines,beers and spirits and serves them with additional bites for free crisps, nuts and breads. However that’s where the quality stops. The food is appalling, cold, slow to come out and a massive disappointment considering the restaurant focuses on burgers and burritos only. My advice go in for a pre meal drink and stop there. Leave the food it’s not worth it. I explained to the manager but he didn’t want to listen regarding the food. A shame as could be a good in town eatery.

Just ordered two burgers with fries and onion rings takeout. All excellent and cooked to perfection (we asked for rare). The Scotch burger really tasted of whiskey and the onions on the New York burger were crunchy. Both delicious. Excellent potato fries and onion rings. Probably best burgers we had in Italy. We shall repeat soon.

This place became our regular haunt after a hard day skiing. The staff were fantastic and when the bar was busy they just never stopped. Bar service was quick and on the two occasions when we ate there, the food was very tasty. Very family friendly with separate areas away from the bar if preferred. We enjoyed it and would recommend it for drinks and food if you are looking for somewhere to go.
