Honest Greens Tuset - Barcelona

Went there for breakfast and was happy to find this spot! The food was good, everything but the bread is gluten-free the coffee was very good!

This is vegan food for people who think veganism is a health trend and that health=salad bowl. I was really underwhelmed. Really poorly nutritionally balanced food and weirdly sweet, multiple fruits both fresh and dried in a salad bowl, and caramelised nuts, and beetroot, then no satiating proteins or carbs. Kombucha tasted like soda. Staff didn 't give the vibe of people in a positive work environment. For the same price there are much better options in Barcelona.

I'm not too big with the add-on system because it gets expensive, but I like their desserts, especially the Matcha Maracuja cakes and the drinks, plus you can really work well there
