My hot coffee was great. Whatever you do, double-check before purchasing any donuts. Donut case is filled with fruit flies. Tons of fruit flies all over those donuts. Management is obviously aware because they have Terro fruit fly traps in each corner of the donut case. SMH Absolutely disgusting!!

Serena was sweet kind, friendly? Asked for bathroom key numbers. And she gave up with no problem ? ? thank you for being You..

Apparently you have to buy something in order to use the bathroom or don't be white and homeless. Because these foreigners are gonna deny it as soon as you walk through the door.

Excuse me if this is wrong I mean no harm but from my assumption there was a Korean girl in the front that has a huge attitude problem , ordered from the kiosk because she was just walkin back and forth not paying attention then after ordering she proceeded to say that they didn’t have any the donuts we ordered, she had just gotten off the phone with a customer who I guess had hair in there drink and she was also giving them attitude , after telling us there wasn’t any available donuts we wanted she just went to the next customer who I guess was a regular but she was all sweet with him and got his stuff right away even though we ordered first , we told her we did not want any of the donuts that they did have because they we just simply not what we were looking for , we ordered the heart donuts because Valentine’s Day is tomorrow ! She proceeded to call her manager and she while she was giving us a manager we told her that she had a nasty attitude and she made the smart remark to her manger that “ apparently I have a smart attitude“Said that we couldn’t get a refund because we ordered from the kiosk and the manager wasn’t there and too come back the next day which is a huge inconvenience as we do not live in the area . She kept slamming everything down as she was making our drinks till in the end we decided to say we didn’t want any of it because of her disgusting attitude and left all while she proceeded to still talk as we were leaving out . 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND . Clearly the girl is the problem of more than one person is complaining about her just as the person below me is also complaining

I walked in and there was a girl talking on the phone and she didn't pay attention to us. I placed my order from the computer at the entrance. I told the girl who prepared my order that I wanted to know the password because the restroom door was locked. She said there was someone inside to clean and I just said okay. He was explaining again and I confirmed that there was no problem by saying okay. But suddenly he got angry and threw the things in his hand into the sink. he said to himself. I asked if he was okay, he didn't answer. He gave strange reactions to me when I told him there was no problem. He was a very rude person. I'm just a tourist here and I'm having my coffee and wandering around.
