Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baltimore

There is never dressing with my salad from here!! Whats the point of getting a salad and no dressing!! My steak was cooked all the way and chicken was burnt I would like my money back

I think 2/3 times I order online here do not make it and I need to get a refund. I know that's baltimore, but if they just don't eat 1/3 of the time that would be really nice. I don't know how many hours before the closure they have to get food, but if they try 20 o'clock or later it probably won't be done

My first 1-star rating (and hopefully my last) that I write in the hope to encourage some changes that will be brought. that was honest with me, when I read the venerable critikens before I came in, and it was really as bad as I read lolll. the personal really ignored me when I came in and sat all on their phones around and looked so uninterested in the help. when the woman took her valuable time to help me, I literally got the smallest parts I ever got from a dry steak. anyway I love chipotle to dang much to not go

Tonight is my second time order about uber eats and my order was either wrong or missing an element. I order a burrito with chips and queso. I got my chips, but not queso. it is super disappointing and frustrating because there is no escape. uber eats the worst customer service. I understand the human error, but it seems to happen near the closing time. I love chipotle but this place needs improvement.

I was rejected 20 minutes before graduation by an unfriendly and dismissed staff. I wasn't greeted with a hallo when I came in, instead two employees screamed about the room with me: online orders only! I tried to do this, but was then addressed by a manager who claimed that the online order would not work. When I asked why I couldn't just order as they were open for another 20 minutes, I was told that their system wouldn't accept it. as one who previously worked in food service, I found that completely preposterous. the manager even indicated that he would give me food for free, but rejected the offer by citing that he did not like my attitude. I asked him to explain the situation. I didn't yell or disobey anyone, and yet I was treated as a waste. no excuse, no empathy. I let the load in drink and will probably never eat at chipotle again.
