Subway - Ballwin

First time at this place and immersed. The hotel is located in a really beautiful plaza with lots of parking. Great outdoor seating for when it gets warm again! It was very clean and the staff was fast and polite. While I enjoy my lunch, a loud customer came through and was very rude for the employees. In the cash she started screaming in Lorie, one of the staff, and it was really humiliating. I was super impressed by how professional Lorie treated this aggressive customer.

I needed the sauces on the page, but online order did not give you the opportunity to choose this. Go on a trip tomorrow and don't want them soggy. So I had to call them (if they are slammed) and ask for the sauces on the page. Poor guys already made the sandwiches when I could get through by phone. They are kind enough to remake them for us without the sauces. Subway must add the sauce on the Option page for the delivery option.

The staff still working is very nice. Sometimes visibly emphasized, but since I've never seen more than 3 faces, that could be a bit understandable.
