This restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere to relax and watch the world go by, with a fantastic view of the church, square, and surrounding hills. It features the usual café vibe, with tables available both indoors and outdoors. The server was exceptionally friendly, polite, and well-presented. Additionally, there is a restroom for customers.

We felt very welcome here. The coffee was delightful, and the location is beautiful. It offers excellent value, especially after encountering some overpriced and subpar coffee and food while touring Scotland.

Great little café with excellent staff. You definitely have to stop by when they're open!

Delicious breakfast served by very beautiful and welcoming people. we had a big breakfast and blueberry nutella pancake (joys of being a English-Spanish pair). the coffee (dairy and soy cappuccinos) were spectacular! so creamy! the cakes looked very tempting, so we might have to come back! it was the perfect stop in our road trip. the walk around the cute little town makes the coveted tip for a break.

We came here multiple mornings during our holiday in Ballater at opening before starting our adventures in and around town. Best place for a warm, fresh from the oven homemade scone. Good coffee, and open the earliest of any place nearby. Owners/staff are friendly, welcoming and made us feel like nothing short of family. We bought to go scones for our morning drive back to the airport Saturday since they are closing early this week to go see family. Lovely stop.
