Tahoe Joe's Famous Steakhouse Bakersfield

We had the steak salad which included 6 ounces of steak perfectly done. Plenty big for a dinner! Loved the setting...even a fly rod and snowshoes in the bathroom!

Our hostess sitting could have been more aware of where we wanted to sit. I called for a window sit. He said he would write it down. Either he didn't our she didn't read. I think the later. Asked her for window and I got it. Great food

My family as a party of 5 decided to dine on Friday, 12/29 to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were able to make reservations online about 30 minutes before getting to the restaurant and were seated within 5 minutes. The restaurant was cozy and festive. Our server was amazing! We really wish we would have caught her name but she was friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was delicious! Couldn't have asked for a better dinner out.

Our reservation was for 4:30pm Christmas Eve for a party of four. The restaurant started filling up just about the time our food arrived. The food and service were (as always) in the very good to excellent range. Our waitress and other servers were very attentive to our iced tea refills and to go boxes. Each time we go to Tahoe Joe's the waiting staff are friendly and make us feel welcome. By the time our check was presented, our waitress was hustling to get other guests' orders delivered. We understood that she was busy it was only at that time she got a bit behind in processing our payment. It wasn't a big deal that we didn't get our paper receipt. We left in good spirits after a pleasant meal.

Our waitress Sandra was great! Very helpful and pleasant to talk to! Service was on point and food and drinks were great!! Hope to get her as our waitress next time we go!
