Caesar's Ii Delicatessen - Bakersfield

Great place to get a quick lunch, have enough room to eat there but many take to go.

Was it terrible? No. But was it good? No, again. With like 6 sandwich selections, a sad, small deli counter, and a dozen or so imported goods on the shelves, this place was a far cry from anything resembling the hidden gem that its many 5-star reviews had me expecting. Maybe all the friends family members of the proprietor gave it the many great ratings.My sandwich was a good size, but bland. No brewed I 've tea, or lemonade, or fountain drinks, just a limited selection of canned bottled beverages in the drink cooler. Service was a combination of disinterested and impatient. The overall atmosphere is run-down dingy. No intention of ever going back. Parking: Lots of parking.

Well I know there is another one out off of hageman both of course are delicious but I like to come to this one whenever I get on this side of town as it is the original and I have been coming here since I don't know how long maybe 30 years lol Vegetarian options: They have a vegetable sandwich here that is just delicious

We just picked up Venice (ham cheese) sandwiches from Caesar’s ll Deli on Wilson and Stine. We have been going there for 40+ years. The sandwiches on seeded Pyrenees rolls are great and the employees are very nice. Their Spumoni is the best!

Love places like these. These days you can’t find any items south of $5 or $10. My delicious tri tip sammich side and dessert was like $14 They were amazing. Will come back for the more Italian dishes
