Clean restaurant, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively.

I thought this BK was moving up in the world but I was wrong. My last visit a month ago was so good I sent great feedback through. Today back to the old ways. Ordered 2 chicken wraps. Had to pull around front instead of reversing to reset their timers. Got my order within a few min and the spicy wraps were dripping so much red sauce, it got on me and in the car. The fried breading was nonexistent and just everywhere. It looks like an unborn fetis. Tried to go inside for a replacement and all doors locked. This was at 12:45pm. Finally had the lady come to the door. I showed her and it was no response or anything. Just took it and locked the door. Now 10 min later, timed, I received the new wraps. No sorry, no eye contact, or anything. Just a piissed off looking employee unhappy to be there. The wraps looked much better, even though I was hesitant to eat them. I wonder how this place is still open. It's always something. Drive-thru only too! They don't want you to see how bad it is inside. That should tell you something.

This location had fallen way down and appeared to be about to close down. However, a big turnaround has taken place and you are getting excellent food now. Hot/warm burgers and hot fries are the norm here now and not leftover food or cold food. Also, no more long waits in the drive-thru!! They have competent employees on the floor now. They can take your order, get it made and serve you again in a timely manner! Kudo 's for this improvement and welcome back to my list of places to grab a bite to eat on!!

The only reason they got a star is because I had to give someone but really it's a -start A man at the drive thru was so disrespectful on the mic and he refused my services for nothing at all I haven't ate Burger King in years so I tried to go in to speak with a manager the whole store inside is closed I went to the window the man called me a **** and slammed the window in my face I never got disrespected like that in my life and by a man what did I do to you I never called him out his name raise my voice or anything I'm done with fast food I'm cooking or going to starve this world is getting out of hand

I ordered a whopper Jr and it took almost 10 minutes to get my sandwich while the drive-thrus lady flirted w/someone at the window who did not even order food but yet he was trying to get free food! Worst Burger King
