Great staff. We made the shipwreck tour, which was about 2 hours, you also use the clearbottom kayaks for this tour. There is about a 5-minute drive to the docks where you start, just follow the guide from the parking lot. The clearer the sky, the clearer the water. On the right days you can see up to 35 feet down. The guide knew what she was doing. There were some wrecks to check, it takes a few seconds to let your eyes adapt to the water. Wear sunscreen and bring snacks. They are tired and/or otherwise burned.

My husband and I had a fantastic time on the Clear Bottom Shipwreck Kayak Tour this morning. The company is very organized and it was easy to book a tour. Miranda and Chip are excellent guides! They are very helpful, knowledgeable and funny! The landscape was beautiful and the water was calm for a relaxing paddle. We would highly recommend Lakeshore Adventures Kayak.

We had a great adventure to paddle up to the caves on lush water. Brian and Brandon were top notch guides, the insight into the lake, topography and sights. Kayaks are not for the faint of the heart; requires some good physical effort, although Brandon gave tug support! It was nice to be out on the lake to see the landscape.

Kayaks were nice and big. We did the shipwreck tour and could sometimes see through the bottom of the clear bottom kayak. Our tour guides were both in their first year, and you could tell… difficult time answering any additional questions. Very friendly but aren’t yet knowledgeable. I would recommend doing a different tour or just renting kayaks and exploring on your own.
