Food was superb and ordered here weekly. Always with the same comment to do the sandwich without vegetables due to allergies. Now it went wrong once, no problem you would think that will be solved in no time. Well, not with this company. The owner is ridiculously arrogant and puts the fault with the orderer, while it is clearly stated on the receipt that we want no vegetables due to allergies. If you explain it for the 3rd time you just get a big mouth and it is said that I have to order somewhere else from now on. Well, no sooner said than done, for us this was the last time and you have lost a regular customer. Apart from the owner I have only seen friendly and helpful staff so it is certainly not their fault, and neither is the food.

I ate at Anatolia for the first time yesterday. I thought the price was quite expensive. Anyway I was hungry so ordered I got my durum doner and fries special. The container was already very little filled. This was a bit difficult at first with the lady behind the cash register when I asked if the bowl of fries could be a bit fuller I thought the doner was quite little filled. Too bad but it tasted okay otherwise only the fries seemed to be fried in old fat or something. In the night I lay awake all night with stomach pain and diarrhea. And I had to recover in bed the next day. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Very sorry about the atmosphere and experience I had for the first time.
