The Crown - Aylesbury Vale

We enjoyed an early Saturday dinner with a variety of options, including wines and beers. The smoked haddock was my choice for the main course and it was delicious, not overly smoky. There was nothing to fault about our experience - the food was reminiscent of a good brasserie in a charming country pub. The locals were friendly too. We will definitely be back to enjoy the Picpoul wine by the glass.

This charming village pub offers a laid-back atmosphere and plenty of character. The food is reasonably priced, hearty, and served in generous portions. It's a fantastic choice for a enjoyable night out.

A traditional rural pub with excellent food, a wide selection of wines and beers, and welcoming staff.

Restaurant was unusually quiet, but did not detract fromi us enjoying a pleasurable evening. Perhaps a bonus, as a party of eight, we can be noisy! Food excellent and all staff were very accommodating and attentive. This is a brilliant pub.

Nothing was too much trouble for what I assumed were the owners. They were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and value for money
