Second Cup - Ayia Napa

Came all the way from nicosia to enjoy the coffee and shishalove shisha. Waited from 4pm till 4:30pm for the shishalove employee to show up. No one. Asked the staff of second cup, just poker faces who only reply by i don 't know . I you want to serve shisha, please make sure your staff is well informed please. #shishalove

A month ago I came and there was a wonderful friendly staff. and today it's like a different place. unpleasant experience. coffee is terrible

Very bad Shisha . I am a shisha master myself and I am well aware of what I am talking about . Firstly , I would like to state that my waiting time for the shisha was 20 minutes . I told the master to heat the kalaoud but I was ignored , however this wasn’t the main problem . The shisha was heated without a wind keeper . That’s why it took so long . All of this already made me very disappointed, but the final part was when I saw the shisha master taking out the third charcoal and going towards the bucket to throw it away . I told her not to throw it but she said she cannot and she has to follow certain rules which in my opinion are inappropriate. I always smoke on 3 charcoals . This of course led to the shisha having very little smoke because it was not heated properly . I told the master that there is little smoke and what I got as a response was that there is okay smoke . I didn’t want to pay for it and I told her I will leave and not smoke it but she said I cannot do it . Dear management, please take all responsible actions and fix these problems . At the moment I will highly not recommend to smoke shisha at this venue . Shisha master : girl with glasses

Worst waffles I’ve ever tasted. The fresh strawberries had gone bad and the hazelnut praline was just crushed hazelnuts. Don’t come here to have waffles.

I ordered a ice lattee caramel exra sweet my order came it was bitter no sugar at all i whent back and asked if they could put me some sugar or make me a new one as i order but the girl there ehrnt and put 6 pumps of vanila serupe and something else she was so rude and we tryed mixing it and staff but it was so mixed flavours it was awful coundlent even enjoy my drink
