Contribuiți la feedbackA couple of weeks ago, I ordered one. it arrived on time, but, the job was left out on the floor and the supplier couldn't knock or ring my bell. No, I didn't order contactless. also the drinks were flat and had to be sat. I came to the pizza hut company and they said that someone from this will be in touch. I'll wait. I have tried to fix a video of the lazy driver, but it leaves me nothing but to attach the photo. So, I took a few screen shots on the way in, drop the food, then leave immediately without knocking/knocking bell.
The driver left my order, on the ground, outside my door. He did NOT knock or ring the bell, he dumped then bailed. All the sodas were flat and thrown away. Order was NOT a contactless order.
So I'm posting this on behalf of my mother who ordered food last night and they delivered it to the wrong apartment and couldn't get a hold of them after trying to contact them via phone all day long and when she did get through once they just gave her the number to corporate and hung up on her. Corporate didn't answer either. After reading some of these reviews it's clear other people are having similar issues and maybe pizza hut should go in and clean house or get all new management because that's no way to run a business.
Is this is a joke? I just got my pizza like that and if you call the store no one answer the phone ? on the dysart and van buren location and if you call to order a new one they transfer you to a hot line that no one answer.
I placed my order through the app. Got notice out for delivery. It's already 1 1/2 hrs and still have not received it. Also called the store number several times. Only rings for 90 seconds and then hangs up. Not able to speak to any one. And do not think there tracker is working. I will never order from here again.
