Red Lobster Avon

Birthday celebration service was top notch food delicious as always.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time because of a poor experience years ago. However, we were blown away by our experience this time. The food was outstanding- hot food was hot, cold food was cold. Doug, our server, was attentive and professional... excellent job! We will be back, and soon. Well done, and thank you!

Shrimp was greasy and my Brussel sprouts were burnt. Our server did say he would see about replacing them with something else. The biscuits weren't as good as they normally were. I think they didn't brush them with butter because they tasted bland. Also, we sat by a window at the front of the restaurant and it was cold and drafty. Very disappointed with the food quality and the comfort.

All was great except the three other guests I was with all had issues with the steak being over cooked.

The food was exceptional, and the hosts were just as wonderful. I made a mistake with the reservation, but they still accommodated us. The only issue was that there was no salad available. However, I would rather send it back than accept subpar food.
