Big Apple Bagels - Avon

Wow, today was my first time in and I will definitely be back! The friendly staff blew me away with their attention to detail and their impeccable service. It was so refreshing to have such a positive experience in the morning. I was in and out within 5 minutes and left feeling good. The man at the register took my order, prepared my food, and brought my food out to the lobby and handed it directly to me a rarity in today’s society. I would recommend this place to anyone! Prices are very reasonable and the bagel was delicious! Can’t wait to come back.

One of the best breakfast places in all of Indiana. I sometimes drive over an hour just to come here. The bagel sandwiches and muffins are phenomenal. Great customer service too!

My husband was just at B.A.B. He bought a breakfast sandwich, a muffin bagel. The sandwich muffin were great. My bagel was not. It was burnt! We have NEVER had a problem with their bagels. They 've always been delicious. I called to tell them that the bagel was burnt the worker saw this, still put cream cheese on it sold it to us. You could clearly see that it was burnt yet cream cheese was still applied. I was told that they must have read the order wrong toasted it twice. I 'm not sure if someone that wanted their bagel toasted twice would eat this, it 's burnt (black)! I actually took a picture of it to show them, so I would be given the option to replacement it or given our money back. I was just told that they 'd let 'em know. They re too expensive for B.A.B. to not say they were sorry it would be remade the right.way. So I just wanted to let others know tell other customers, Don 't have your bagel(s) toasted twice! It 's just gross!

How can you not love this place? Dave and his crew make you feel so welcome with great service and great food.

Been to this location a number of times. Usually good experience. Today’s service from the red haired woman was dreadful. Interrupted our order to take call. Then did not return to complete. When asked, she ignored. Maybe on drugs/something? The dark haired lady with glasses came to the rescue.
