Very kind and competent staff. Products and quality are always at the rendezvous. The shop is very well held. Only flat, but which is not the fault of Nespresso, it has become extremely problematic to access the city center of Avignon because of the inepties of the current mayor...

Every aspect of service after sale is a disaster. It starts with a phone call that gets endless. Then we take a device for repair, endless waiting and when ready, total disorder for return.

Cool shop, with all Nespresso products available. . . Listening staff, available, smiling and very friendly. Everything is O.K. for gourmet pleasures.
