Food was good, friendly staff, super attentive.

Coffee was cold. I asked for hot coffee and it came a little hotter not hot enough for a coffee to drink. The waiter seemed to say that the coffee wasn't cold... Psshhhhhhh

Moo-choe boo-way-know!... There were pretty sweet waiters there, but this is the food... They are so hot and delicious... The menu items...

IHOP has always been a great experience after having lasted several times in the last six months, I can say that food is always compatible with quality. I like to get the Tbone Steak and eggs. Coffee is delicious and perfect temperature. Servers are amicable and detailed. Children's food options are always fun for them. Anyway, come back soon.

Really nice staff, opened just in time as announced; breakfast really good, also their coffee. Waitress and everyone in general, really attentive and understanding as I went in a hurry. Really appreciated everything.
