Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Aventura

Good yogurt and good selection of syrup and toppings. Customer service is fast but unacceptable I can't get a receipt. Warning, the fruit isn't sweet at all. If you want to feel like you are sucking a lemon, get the fruit as well

Went to this particular location for over 5 years every other day spending $40 a week, and part of the reason was because you could sample prior to purchasing, which made the experience that much more pleasurable. However this location has stopped providing sample cups so now you don't know how any of the flavors taste. Consistency is always different when you go from one week to the other: too watery, too sweet, lack of flavor, etc. After not going for over 2 years now, attempted to go today and was told by the worker that they don't give samples. Me and my wife immediately left. This needs to change before I return. Business won't last without samples.

When I?m in the mood for a good frozen yogurt I go to Menchie?s. You can choose from about 10 different flavors and combinations of frozen yogurt and top it with an unimaginable amount of fruits, candy, cookies, syrups and nuts. Just mind how much you put in your cup, when you get to the cash register there is a scale to weight it and charge you accordingly.

I love coming to this location. The staff is super nice. Especially Laura. She is amazing! Thank you so much for the cakes! Last June I needed a came for my daughter?s prek graduation and she made it for me. Last week i needed a Halloween cake and she also helped me. Excellent customer service.

It was nice and the prices were fair, I would go again ????
