Subway - Austin

I recently visited Subway and was impressed by the first-class service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic atmosphere. They were not only efficient, but also had great attitudes and behaviors. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the food was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend visiting this Subway site for a good meal and excellent customer service.

What a bad experience. They yelled at me and insulted me. They should be more friendly to their customers.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. As someone who doesn't write many reviews, I think that this place really deserves one. I just wanted to eat a bite after an appointment nearby. I got boiled as soon as I went in the door, I don't understand the message of me with a scooter, but I couldn't even park it under a table while I ordered a sandwich and went. I didn't have to eat, just grab a sandwich. The girl at the reception simply shouted, huffing and puffing when my request was so ridiculous that I had to hear nothing I had to say. I'm a professional, I'm not sure why you ever need to scream someone who's ready to come to your restaurant if you can be a decent person. It's free, Will never comes back here.

I ordered online and went there. The staff said very rude that he is super busy and not order online. The subway company should be serious in the problem of custom service there.

Terrible service. The attitude from the employees is apalling and Not enough employees to handle any crowd. And no inventory to make sandwiches. Do not go here.
