Maki Toki - Austin

This restaurant offers a unique twist on traditional Japanese cuisine. The maki rolls feature some unusual combinations that set it apart from typical Japanese restaurants. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and amusingly, the makis are served in sets of eight pieces instead of the customary six. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful with only a few diners present. Guests can also catch the news on two TVs with subtitles. Once you take the time to explore the menu, this place offers a satisfying dining experience.

I stopped by for lunch and it was quite enjoyable! I ordered some rangoons and a sushi burrito. The portion sizes and flavors were impressive for the price.

This family Owen sushi restaurant is the best in Austin. Excellent customer service, and it's the perfect place to have a date night, catch up with friends or spend time with family

Took my son there here tonight, since he received student of the month at his elementary school.We halved a Chicken Katsu bento box, Yummy hand roll, and shrimp tempura. All exactly $30 before tip. Not bad. We 're both full.He said this place beat his favorite 'Golden Corral '. That 's a bold statement for a 11 year old.Waitress was very nice and eager to please.Kid-friendliness: Owner and staff more than likely have kids of their own. You can always tell
