Did not get half of my order, half I got was oldddddddddddddddddddd and stale. Didnt eat 85% of it. I tried to call to handle this, both times I ringed the phone indefinitely as if no one worked there to answer it. I was the only customer on the property, they were not in the rush, so I have no idea how my food was so bad, even after 10-15 minutes waiting for OLD food.

When I arrived, the line turned around, so I checked the entrance door and it was locked, so I called, but no answer. I had to pick up 3 orders and about 20 minutes to go before maxing the time per day for Uber drivers distributed so that I waited in the line. Just before I got into the speaker box, one of the commands was canceled. When I arrived at the pick-up window, I gave the names of the order and they said they didn't understand. The next employee had credible eyes and still did not understand that I gave the names to the orders I was there to pick up, even after I spoke in Spanish. The third employee was a girl with glasses and had to translate what I said. I was like you had Ethan's order? Then they said they had only one of the two orders I picked up. And they told me that the lobby was only open for UberEATS drivers. I blinked my eyes and scratched my head because the doors were closed. Apparently, I had to knock. Whatever an hour and 10 minutes after boarding in line I drive away with 1 of 3 orders. But thank you for giving me the opportunity to make this review better than the fact that I was here for more than 15 minutes.

I needed them over an hour to get my food. And Ur left everything wrong. Terrible Fast Food Joint
