Fairmont Austin

Food was great, but they would have pointed out that 18% of the satisfaction had already been added. I didn't know it and it was not highlighted or pointed out and tipped an additional 20.% wasted another $120 in top. eating was $522 with pointed already prescribed. . since it was a buffet, we didn't really have server

No room decoration only on the tables. They were nice but the room was very, uninviting sterile even.

Update: the personal was beyond the recording as soon as contacted directly.

The gingerbread house making experience was so fun and different! The pastry chef was so talented and helpful. All in all, a very memorable experience!

Apparently this was the first time the Fairmont had done a Thanksgiving buffet, and it was a lovely experience. The food itself was delicious and the hotel overall is a gorgeous place. Made me want to stay there! Getting drink service was a little spotty but that was a minor hiccup.
