I went here for breakfast every day during my stay at the hotel. The waiter, Francisco, was very attentive and always made sure that my soda was refilled (even giving me a to-go cup at the end of my meal). On my last day at the hotel, I was craving something chocolatey but there was nothing on the menu with chocolate, and Francisco hooked me up with some delicious layered brownie bites. Both the food and the service were excellent and well worth the price.
Waiter was especially nice to us. Just wanted a quick salad and it was fast easy and good. Nice atmosphere
Hotel was booked full and they only had 1 server on staff. Waited for 30 minutes and they didn’t even serve water.
I am writing this review quite overdue, but I have only became a Yelpist in the past couple months and I felt this is one place that deserved a review. I came here on Valentines with a friend of mine as we had no plans for the evening and we wanted to eat somewhere nice. I chose Ancho's because Restaurants.com had a couple for $15 off our bill. We also very much love the Omni hotel and it's beautiful interior so this was the ideal location especially being located right downtown. The food here as I recall was pretty good and what I expected, the thing however that gave this place a 5 star review was the exceptional service I received from Nathan. Our server was top of the line and has some of the best customer service ever. When you combine service such as his with a nice hotel you will certainly be wishing to return again for your next occasion. If you want good customer service then come here and ask for Nathan and you will not be disappointed. Being a college student I feel many adults in the food industry tend to look down on us and be slightly annoyed because of their previous experiences with college students however, this was the case here.
