Papa Johns Pizza - Aurora

It is a hit or miss on their order made right or without missing ingredients. I think they try their best as they are the most time short staff, but overall the pizza is good.

Terrible customer service. Waited over three hours for my pizzas to even be made and put in the oven. When we finally got the pizzas, both of them were made wrong . Talked to the manager and no apology or even acknowledgment to try to do better next time. I’ll just go get frozen pizzas from Safeway next time.

Unfortunate, the company usually does a great job. But not this location. I've worked in the pizza business for 7 years. This location has given multiple orders of uncooked pizza, incorrect orders, 2.5+ hours of wait time. I get the delivery thing, nobody wants to work. I would have no problem waiting for my food if it actually came correct and cooked proper.Sad to say, but every single competitor has taken the advantage to this store. That also includes frozen pizzas from the dollar store.Hope you guys can figure it out.

I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in several years. My grandkids were coming over today to help me with some things, and my grandson likes stuffed crust, so I ordered from there. I ordered pizza, brownies and the chocolate chip cookie plus Sierra Mist and Dr Pepper. The food came fast, was hot and tasted excellent. I will absolutely order from there again.

Called the Papa John’s store directly to place my delivery, they quoted me about 30 to 45 minutes delivery time. After an hour and 45 minutes I called them to ask what was going on with my delivery. For some reason they decided to outsource my order to DoorDash. Long story short finally got my pizza two hours later it was lukewarm at best. This was my first time ordering papa Johns and will be my last time.And the food is disgusting they use a very sweet sauce in the pizza and the hot wings are very chewy and tough. Disgusting! Please save your money and avoid this place at all costs!! You will be disappointed
