Panda Express - Aurora

I was complaining about something I didn't order, not yet. I noticed at check-out and asked for it. they said they can't afford a refund? did I start a recompense I didn't want? another time, ordered a child's meal. they had no bottled drinks or child juices. had to take a cup of water. still full price.

Ordered food for delivery and even though it said that it was delivered, we never received it. They said that it would take 7 days to get our refund. They were quick to take the money out of our account, but take a week to get it back to us.

The food was good and the staff was as friendly as they can be considering the person who seemed to be the manager looked so disinterested in her job. My order taker seemed very frustrated which I get because it was busy and they had one guy trying to keep up with the product while the, who I assume to be, manager was kicking around boxes in the back. She did finally come over to help but there was at least 15 plates backed up before she stepped in. The energy a leader needs to present and exude will follow the employees working behind them. Had some good young kids but only giving this visit a 3 star because that manager seemed very unhappy and unattached from her job, like she was forced to be there. Don't mean to be crass but that place has a lot of potential with the right leadership.

Great ? Chinese fast food restaurant located in SE Aurora. Meal prices are a REAL Deal during these (8/28/22) inflationary times. Dishes are tasty and Very popular with locals. The Honey Sesame Chicken was Very Good with noodles. Fortune Cookies still come with each meal purchased.

We ordered our food online, showed up at promised time. They did not even start until I walked in. People that walked in Rutherford faster than I did when I ordered it online. Finally get my food 15 minutes after promised time is. Horrible experience. we got our food 35 minutes after we ordered it
