Out of all the Tortugas locations this is probably the worst, specially with the cashier attitude and can never get your order right. I’m not driving back 25 min because my order is wrong this place just sucks. Probably out of the 4 times I have been here once have they got my order right.

Best tortas out there! I was there at lunchtime, and even though it got busy real quick, the service was fast! The Cubana torta with Chipotle sauce ? is so good! ?Parking: You seriously need a parking lot ?

I wish you give me an option to leave zero stars! Very unfriendly customer service and even worse food. Nobody speaks when you enter the building. They just look at you. I handed the lady my $20 cash. She didn’t even have the decency to hand my change back to me. She left it on the counter set it on the counter, made me pick it up off the counter. As far as the food. This burrito is supposed to have cheese and green something they said! This burrito is so dry you will choke, eating it. I called back to see if they would rectify and give this some cheese and some type of moisture! Nope. they say that’s how it is. Unfriendly service, and a waste of your money. It used to be a nice place. “Sad”
