Arby's - Augusta

I wish there was an option to request extra red ranch. The Cheesesteak was tasty, but the texture of the meat was not quite right. I recommend using roast beef or a blend with at least 50% beef for a better experience.

The fries were disappointingly hard and cold, overly salty, and showed no signs of being fresh. They were not even slightly warm. The classic Cheesesteak had a good flavor, and the mocha Jamocha Shake was also tasty. Surprisingly, the Cherry Turnover was okay. I would consider dining there again if they can serve fresh, hot food.

The food here is consistently delicious and served hot. I just wish there was a way to request extra Red Ranch and Bronco Sauce.

Horrible service. Waited forever and my order was wrong. Asked for salt. NO SALT. Won't be back period.

I decided to be a healthy individual and walk to Arby's to get a delicious meal and lo and behold the doors were locked walk through the drive-thru and no one answered me one star however someone drove up and they were given service
