Chargrilled Lamb Shoulder Bbq

Should be the very top lamb shoulder BBQ in AKL, extremely worthy to come for cooking by yourself in stormy winter night. Excellent service as well.

The food is very good especially the lamb shoulder and chicken cartilage super good the service is good as well . The self cook lamb shoulder is very interesting and special and a must have with the sauce the special sauce taste very good with the cooked lamb shoulder

Really, really, really delicious food. Top Chinese restaurant in Auckland.My favourite food is the popular chargrilled lamb shoulder. I heard chef uses special spice to grill it. So thoughtful! Also, the special Chinese spice dipping must try, lots of love it. Also, we ordered other charcoal grilled stuff, like lamb stick, chicken wings, pork belly. Especially, I like the Grilled Oyster. The staff mentioned that they used a secret home made garlic sauce to pan fried it and then grill the oyster. Yummy!!! I will visit it again this month.

Good environment for friends dinner, really enjoyable. Definitely I will invite my friends to dine there. Specially like 秋葵培根卷 Grilled Okra Bacon Roll, yammy, okra tastes like meaty and get rid of the fatty part of bacon while bacon’s salty was totally disappear. Wonderful and thoughtful dish. Must try!
