Ice cream and split were great... missing the spoon that comes with the orders though...

It seems that every time I've gotten ice cream from this Pacific Place location, they fail to give the correct scoop size. What I'm supposed to get as two scoops feels more like just one. I find it quite frustrating that they try to cut corners like this.

The ice cream servings are disappointingly small—almost like mini scoops that barely make a difference. Each serving is only a couple of bites, especially the one at the bottom. It's no longer worth it.

The ice cream is always delicious, but they often run out of flavors or serve the wrong ones.

Called in with a special request and the girl was so kind and friendly! My fiancé are so happy. Thank you so much!!
