Dining On The 5th - Atlantic City

Bad restaurant. bad eating feels like the restaurant is going out of business. explained to the manager and his answer was that we are only open on Friday and Saturday for dinner and thank you for their comments.

We came to an early dinner when we took a show in the city. they do not open up to 5, but they were very accommodating so that we start with a few drinks at the bar. the overall feeling of the place, as described as a raised dining room experience. our server justin was impeccable and spot on one of the best server I ever had. the afterthought were the other guests when we had, there were two tables on which a guy wore a tanktop and the other had a couple who looked like they were just rolled out of the bed. to understand that is a resort on the beach when you want a UPSCALE eating experience, they expect a UPALESC experience. compelling a dress code at the bar would have been enough to earn five stars above the board. we were looking for a nice culinary experience that they can't get at applebee 's.

I have been here several times and this time I was greatly disappointed. The service was horrible the food just OK.... I expected much better. I will be taking it off my top 5 list.

Great aged porterhouse and a reasonable tasting menu.

This was my third time at Chelsea Prime and I must say I was disappointed. The chopped salad had changed in flavor and too many onions. The side dish of corn was not as sweet as I have had previously. The drinks were very good, the service was excellent but for the cost of the meal I felt the wonderful flavors I had encountered in my previous times at the restaurant were no longer present.
