I will never visit this special location on Store #3334 3675 Cascade Road Again. The cashier named Shamar and the host named Ayenna should be RETRAINED and then Fired. The customer was a zero. The food was cold and wrong three times. I'm sorry, nothing. They left the window at one point and I bleeded my horn at least 4-5 times no one appeared. It was 10:56 pm and whoever a superior for this Shift had never appeared. If one of these individuals was a manager, I'll contact Corporate. You need to know who's representing your company. There were other Angry customers there complaining and calling corporate. Cold food! Wrong orders! They have children working in this facility that do not give how the food is served and they do not have manners. You should be ashamed!

I don't know how I feel in this place. They got my orders a few times, but the last time I bought something from here, there were 2 of the $5 biggie bags that came with 10 chicken nuggets. When I looked into the side, I got 2 4 chicken nuggets. Where are my other 12 nuggets I paid for. Now they look like they're turning off to get repaired. People waste their time to drive and find out who even closed at 9. The onboard light was out and there were no cars out there to say that nobody was home. This visit happened last week.

Double stax everything on it extra mayo extra onion salad and tomatoes small chocolate frosty it was absolutely delicious fresh.

These are the best Wendys on this side of the city. The staff is always pleasant and the food is good. Do I have a blessed day? Thanks for coming back? Unlike other places where they hang the bag out the window and slam it in your face without saying as a word. I don't have to repeat my order three times and it's still wrong. I'm going out to get to that Wendy? I'm on my way now.

Surprisingly for this time of night each item in my four for $4 was hot and I'm very satisfied
