On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina Atlanta

We stopped here on the way to Charlotte. The service was slow, but bearable. The server asked us several times if we were ready to order, and we had to tell her again and again that we had asked for the construction of your own Burrito menu pad. When the food came, the Burritos were warm. The beans were barely warm, the cheese doesn't even melt on it. We had to ask for sour cream and salad, which usually came on the side to other OTB in Charlotte. It wasn't possible because it was so cold. We sent it back. One of us ordered the burrito rides like a chimichanga, so it was naturally warm, but still not hot. They were on the sides of beans and rice. Our children's plate for our toddler came with more beans and rice than what we have. Very disappointing.

We had to ask for sour cream and lettuce which normally came on the side at other OTB in Charlotte. It was unedible because it was so cold. We sent it back. One of us ordered the burrito fried like a chimichanga so it was naturally warm but still not hot. They were skimpy on the sides of bean and rice. Our child’s plate for our toddler came with more beans and rice than what we got. Very disappointing.

I'm not a huge fan of other OTB locations but the food has always been excellent at this location if you're in the mood for Mexican give it a try. Service is hit or miss...seems to depend on what time of day it is (usually better for dinner)

I visited my parents and sisters who live in Atlanta. Food is America is way better than those of same cuisine in New Zealand. And especially when it comes to Mexican food, it’s so satisfying as opposed to those ones I tried before. Table service was great (just not used to tipping) and the atmosphere was great too. I will visit on the border Mexican grill again.

Great Drinks and Service. My best friend and I went to OTB 3 days ago and the service was SUPERB! We went in the middle of the day for lunch, the weather was perfect outside where we sat. I must say that the strawberry margarita has officially become my favorite. The service was just as good as the food. We will be going back soon!
