Very good Ramen! I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and the pork was very tender and flavorful. The broth was creamy and very flavorful as well. I'll be back for sure.

The tofu was the most flavorful and well seasoned tofu I've had in a while. The soft boiled egg was equally amazing.Vegetarian options: Vegan options as well.

Great food.Had the Nori Fries, they were a battered fries with a Furikake seasoning.They were good, but I was expecting more….something, from something called Nori Fries.The Truffle Edamame, Edamame covered in truffle oil. These were great.For entree I Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen. This is the best ramen I’ve had. The broth was silky smooth, the noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly, the pork was superb with a wonderful Smokey flavor.My main complaint was the volume, hard to hear my friends and the staff.But overall it was a great experience.

Okiburo stays busy for all the right reasons: great customer service, easy ordering and delicious food; they symbolize Japanese cuisine at its finest! The amazing appetizers (chasu wrap, buns, and Brussel sprouts) were perfectly portioned to not fill us up for our main entrees. Their award winning tonkatsu ramen is rich, flavorful and well crafted and is highly recommended if you’re unsure of what to get. Also, their paitan tsukemen (cold dipping noodles) are absolutely amazing as well! Only downside to note is parking can be challenging at times, especially during busier hours.
