Chris' Pizza - Atlanta

40 years in business, and it's just gone. In mid-January 2023 I tried to put in a phone order they didn't answer, so I swung by it was closed. Sign taken down, furnishings stripped out. Not even a notice in the window. Very sad — this was a place we loved.

Delicious! I have found that I can really only eat at a certain pizza places (Marco‘s)… non of the big pizza place… this pizza (veg pizza), was perfect. . Even the falafel was fantastic! Next time I will be getting the same pizza and falafel salad. If you have not try the falafel salad take a chance and try it!

This has become my baby and I go to spot on Friday afternoon after swim class. We haven't tried much on the menu,but what we have tried is good. This was my first time trying zucchini fries and they are good so we have added them to our Friday tradition. Also they give you a 15% discount if you use cash.

Disappointing. I ate here once before and thought it was okay. The service was slow that time. The server took a long time to come over and greet us, and then and even longer time to take our order. The food took a really long time to come out as well. I didn’t want to leave the house today, so I placed a delivery order. With fees, taxes, and a tip it was over $30 for a gyro plate and a soup. The soup was okay. It was lemony, which I like, but otherwise just buttery tasting. As for the plate, the portion was smaller than when I ordered it at the restaurant. This is fairly minor as I would not be able to eat all of it anyway. The meat was over cooked, but the flavor was okay. The rice was very bland. However, the most disappointing part was the absence of the salad dressing and tzatziki sauce. Everyone knows the tzatziki sauce is one of the best parts of the meal. So I just had dry salad, with dry rice and meat, and dry pita. Based on this experience I would have to say that it’s just not worth going here. There’s other better Mediterranean places to eat nearby.

The food was okay, the service was okay too. Won't say really much negative, but I probably wouldn't go back again, would rather try somewhere else. The pizza was good though.
