It is difficult for larger vehicles like a 53-foot truck to maneuver in the parking area as you have to back up all the way to the end with no possibility for turning around.

The staff at this restaurant is unhelpful and lacks transparency. They do not inform customers about out-of-stock items until the last minute, causing delays in delivery. They have been running out of many products recently. I will be reporting this to the IHG Procurement team. Additionally, they are providing plain cups without our logo on them, without informing us that they are out of graphic cups. When placing an order over the phone, the lady handling the calls appears lazy and does not pay attention to accuracy. Customers should double check their orders.

This restaurant is a good option for takeout and delivery, but it can be difficult to access.

Waiting time for pickup or delivery is crazy!! Only 1 dock for such a big company ?that stinks!! so, Make sure your phone is fully charged, you gonna need to watch at least 50 videos while you're outside waiting. ?
